The Challenge
Rural Rajasthan faced significant unemployment challenges with youth lacking industry-relevant skills. Traditional education systems were not aligned with market demands, and many young people had limited access to quality vocational training. The geographic spread across 12 districts posed logistical challenges for consistent training delivery.
Our Solution
One India IT established 45 training centers across 12 districts, equipped with modern infrastructure and certified trainers. We implemented a hybrid learning model combining classroom training with practical workshops.
