The client, a leading IT services company, faced a critical skills gap as clients demanded expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and DevOps practices. With 8,000+ employees needing upskilling across three major cities, the challenge was to deliver consistent, high-quality training without disrupting ongoing projects. The training needed to be role-specific and aligned with international certifications.
Our Solution
One India IT developed a comprehensive blended learning program with three tracks: Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML Engineering, and DevOps & SRE. We deployed an enterprise LMS for self-paced learning, conducted weekend bootcamps for hands-on labs, and provided dedicated mentorship from industry practitioners. The program included certification preparation, real-world project simulations, and continuous assessment. We also trained 50 internal champions to sustain learning culture.
